Day 1: Zagreb

Meet at the airport, transfer to your hotel and enjoy spending your time in Zagreb city.

Day 2: Zagreb

Cooking class under the surveillance of a local cook and learn about the Croatian cuisine. Ready to prepare your meal!!

Day 3: Pula

Drive to a local village to learn about their local life and their vegetation.Learn more about the health benefits of the precious liquid gold, different culinary uses and what a good olive oil is supposed to taste like. Taste different varieties of olive oil, including single-varietal, gourmet and flavored extra virgin olive oils and enjoy an authentic local experience.

Visit local wine-maker and sample several diverse wines from some of the oldest vineyards in Kastela. Learn more about local wine producing traditions and typical grape varietals. Discover the true origins of the “American Classic”, Zinfandel wine, deriving from an old and almost forgotten Croatian variety.Stay in Pula.

Day 4: Split

Drive to Trogir to visit a local family in a local house. Learn about the recipes of the peka meal which is a traditional Croatian food ( a blend of vegetables and meat drizzled with olive oil, sprinkled with herbs, and then baked to perfection Peka meal’s ingredients onions, potatoes, carrots garlic cloves, aubergine/eggplant, courgette/zucchini tomatoes drained tin of chickpeas, white wine under an iron lid ).Peka is not really a food but a method of cooking food.It is traditional meal for Croatians to cook peka in their fireplaces at home. oil Seasoning and a handful of fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon with any type of meat or fish or maybe with octopus. Day 5: Split

Cooking class in an old traditional house. The local chef will teach you how to choose the best ingredients from the local markets and how to prepare them in a traditional way and shares all of his knowledge to share with you, prepare them in a trauitional way dnu snares all Of his knowledge to share with you about the essence of Dalmatian culinary tradition. After this cooking session, you will be ready to prepare a complete and authentic Dalmatian meal. Bon appetite !!

Day 6: Split

Drive to Split. WE will take you to visit Diocletian’s Palace (a Unesco World Heritage site and one of the world’s most impressive Roman monuments) and cathedral of Saint Domnius besides dozens of bars, restaurants and shops thriving amid the atmospheric old.Enjoy the Dalmatian food in a local restaurant which makes you feel as a local person.Stay in Split.

Day 7: Dubrovnik

Drive to Dubrovnik. On the way we stop at Mali Ston on Pelisaj peninsula for oyster harvesting experience and a traditional lunch prepared with local mussels and shells. It is also known as one of the best wine producing regions in Croatia where you can enjoy the magnificent peninsula scenery and picturesque view of the vineyards. Check into your hotel in Dubrovnik.

Day 8: Dubrovnik

Today visit some local restaurants for tasting and bitings of local dishes which leaves an unforgettable taste in your mouth as you can walk down the sreets and yourself on the most famous and beloved Dubrovnik city street, Stradun. Enjoy visiting City Cathedral, the Church of St. Blaise, the Sponza Palace, the Rector’s Palace, the bell towers and the Orlando’s Column

Day 9: Dubrovnik / Home
