Thıs morning you will meet your guide for a private sightseeing tour in old town Split. Split is one of the Adriatic’s most amazing seaports in the country and Croatia’s second-largest city. The historical monuments, museums and galleries are found at the old harbour. Diocletian’s Palace, is one of the best-preserved Roman royal residences in the world.
This morning you will visit Trogir and Split with a private assistance of driver and your guide . You will visit the Diocletians palace which was built for Diocletian’s personal use, and the rest housed the military garrison on 4th century. While it is referred to as a “palace” because of its intended use as the retirement residence of Diocletian, the term can be misleading as the structure is massive and more resembles a large fortress. The Palace is one of the most famous and complete architectural and cultural features on the Croatiancoast. As the world’s most complete remains of a Roman palace, it holds an outstanding place, European and world heritage. Next you will visit Trogir which is a small island town 30 km away from from Split. This morning you will meet your driver for a private tour to beautiful Krka Waterfalls National Park which is one of the Croatian national parks, named after the river Krka that it encloses. Krka National Park is an unchanged region of exceptional and multifaceted natural value, and includes one or more preserved ecosystems. The main attraction of Krka National Park is its seven waterfalls, the monastery, the old mills converted into little galleries.You can walk along the forest path to see the Skradinski buk whisch is one of the most attractive parts of the park having a natural pool with waterfalls at the end and cascades at the other. On the other hand the widest of these is Roski slap in the natural park. It is one of the lowest of the three sets of the waterfalls formed along the Krka river. The most picturesque ones tend to be those in the National Parks, such as Plitvice Lakes, Krka and Paklenica National Parks and on the islands of Brijuni and Mljet.Afterwards, you wıll be drıven to the neighboring village of Sibenik where you will enjoy an exclusive wine pairing dinner.
