I have just completed a 21 day tour of Balkans Tours, all very well planned with All Private Tours. They were excellent from the start, Jordan was very good at planning, with just the right balance of hotels and driving, he was happy to make any changes to suit us. He was very quick at responding to emails, even at weekends.They provided us with an amazing driver who was very calm, careful, always on time, with a spotless comfortable car. In each city there was an expert local guide to show me around. In my initial request I asked to see "the real Balkan countries but staying in nice hotels" and the provided just that. As a lot of people who are not familiar with Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro on the Adriatic coast, it can be overwhelming to go there by thinking about the places to go, the food to eat, the vaccination to get, the souvenir to buy...It was the second time I use the service of Jordan’s company. This second time I built a trip with Melisa, an employee very responsive from this company. She usually answers an email within 10 minutes (please consider the time difference).I would thank first them to help me a great deal to build my trip to that part of the world.Then, at the beginning of October, I executed this plan: I landed in Zagreb and I met my driver Karlo.You can have your full trust in him. Not only he has a perfect driving but he is so reliable for everything, he knows the places to go, how to go and is very sharp. I really enjoyed spending a few days with him and having someone you can trust 100% makes your trip perfect.
In the different cities I visited I got a different a different local guide. All of them were interesting to follow, some of them were creating games and quiz to make your visit even more fun. In the south, I got another driver who was pretty nice and helpful as well. I spend less days with him but really helped me a lot. He also had a simcard which was convenient to use. That was very kind.I would like to recommend this company because they will not cheat you on the price, their service has a good quality, it can make your trip so smooth.When you know the right people, your trip is amazing ! and they are really great people.

We were a family of 4 adults from Australia. Initially, I was a bit hesitant booking online as I received quotes from about 3 companies, and this company was considerably cheaper compared to the others. Our tour organiser Jordan, however, was very prompt with his emails, and provided a comprehensive itinerary that included all the sights that I had wanted to see. On arrival we met with our driver, who was excellent and we always felt safe with him. Our hotels, which were the luxury 5 star option, were very nice. Our tour guides were all excellent. At times you do feel pressured to go see certain cultural / shopping things such as carpets, gem stones, however, I guess that's the nature of being on tour. The lunch restaurants that they take you to provided delicious authentic food at a reasonable prices. Thanks for a fantastic trip.

We had a fantastic trip to Turkey during the Easter holidays and are really pleased that we used All PrivateTours to plan our 8 day Best of Turkey tour. The guide, Remzi was excellent as he met us at the hotel and was a real professional throughout the trip. We've been to Europe many times but had never been to Macedonia. We were going to plan the tour ourselves but after our research, it seems too difficult as the attractions are quite far apart and we are not comfortable just to join any of the tour from the train station.

Having visited Istanbul a number of times in the past, with mixed results in terms of tour guides, I can say that Mehmet is a breath of fresh air in the city. He was easy to deal with, very helpful, and had an answer for almost everything we wanted to know.We were picked up at the airport and the driver (Nusret, I think) helped us out with our bags in a way that drivers on previous visits had not, and refreshments were available in the car.
Our stay was tailored to our exact needs, which meant that we didn't have to worry about this or that transfer, or how to find a recommended restaurant, or when to leave our hotel in order to get to the theatre on time. We had 3 days in Kotor as part of our Adriatic cruise. We found this offer of a private tour. It was the same price as the tours offered by the boat. However instead of getting on a bus with 30 people, we had a tour with just my husband and me and the couple with whom we were travelling. We were transported in a small Mercedes 8 seater and driven by an excellent driver Vladmir. Our guide was an extremely knowledgeable young woman who spoke excellent English. All the museum entries were included and because we were a small group we moved ahead of the larger groups in any queues. It allowed us a fabulous experience of this fabulous city with flexibility and superb guidance.

Since our time was short, we had two days to visit Slovenia. Not enough time, but our tour guide Filip gave us a fabulous tour in Ljubljana.
